Yes, this feature is available on both generations. Please beware that the Spotify Free subscription contains advertisements that cannot be blocked by Jooki, and could potentially be inappropriate for children. (Spotify Premium is ad-free)

To use Spotify or other streaming platforms internet connection is required. If the content is loaded to a SD card (Jooki 1st generation) or in the Jooki's internal memory (2nd generation) then no internet connection is required.

Yes. It is possible to use two Jooki at the same time if you are using a subscription service such as Spotify. However, you can not use the same user account at the same time. A family subscription may be a good option to consider.

Jooki 2nd generation weighs 450g.

Jooki 1st generation weighs 800g.

The 2nd generation tokens are 5,73cm and 1,5cm high. 

The 1st generation tokens are 4,47cm (diameter) and 1cm high.

It depends. Jooki supports uploading your own MP3 files. However, it does not support MP3 with DRM (digital rights management).

Yes, the tokens and figurines for Jooki 2nd generation functionally work with Jooki 1st generation. However, they do not mechanically lock onto the 1st generation player and will not hold when the player is moved around

Yes, the rotary knobs of the Jooki 2nd generation offer the option to skip tracks as well as fast-forward.

Yes, users can turn on/off airplane mode on the entire Jooki family of products. On Jooki generation 2, there is no dedicated button and airplane mode is activated by a combination of buttons.
